Our policy lasts 7 days. We understand how difficult it can be to choose personal items online. Therefore, all orders can be returned/exchanged for a refund within 7 days, with proof of purchase. Please note you may return most Buddha Jewel items (unused) in their original packaging. Shipping costs and additional service charges such as gift wrap are non-refundable.
If the Customer wants to cancel the order, it must be initiated 24 hours after ordering it. Because we start processing the order within 6-8 hours. For that Customer has to Email us: [email protected] or WhatsApp us: +91- within the time. It would be too late if the Customer takes action after the given time. We send the order for dispatch after 24 hours.
We are thrilled to provide a 7-day return policy. You may return or exchange an item within the first 7 days of your receipt. Whether it’s an incorrect size, broken product, or you just changed your mind, we’ll be glad to help you in getting a refund or replacement!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns won’t be feasible if:
It is outside the allotted time frame for a return request.
Anything included in the shipment that was received is missing.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Misuse of the product results in damage.
Items that came with a free gift cannot be returned without the complimentary items.
You’ll receive a refund or replacement once we receive the item back if the item is in stock.
To return product, customer will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@ or contact us on WhatsApp for further information.
